The location was nice and the clean facilities were available. It was located in a very very nice area down the lazy river. Owner treated us very well.

The room was poor.

Located in a convenient area, you'll have access to various attractions and great options for dining out. Although you may need to drive a bit to find good restaurants, the neighborhood is interesting and bustling. The complex itself offers a private beach, multiple pools, a lazy river, and even a rooftop terrace in some units. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated, with excellent air conditioning and enough hot water for everyone.

The lack of resources in case of emergencies is a significant downside. The hotel failed to provide necessary items such as cooking utensils, towels, and even toilet paper.

Great place right by the beach and close to San Juan. We felt safe with smoke detectors in the room. The location is awesome in a calm area, we really enjoyed it! 🏖️

Liked that it included satellite television, climate control and an individual safe. During the stay everything was nice and I got ironing as a compliment.

My family and I recently stayed at this conveniently located condo for a week. The gated community with a private beach and multiple pools made it a great choice for us, especially since it felt safe for our kids to run around. The spacious condo provided plenty of room for all of us, and we loved having access to amenities like the clubhouse and water slide. The in-unit TV and ACs worked perfectly, and the kitchen, although it could have used some upgrades, was decently appointed. the location and amenities made our stay enjoyable.

had a great time at a cozy resort in Loiza. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities were exceptional. Loved the clean beach and amazing pools. Perfect for a family getaway.

The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, clean linens, and towels. The beach, pool, and other activities were great for the whole family. The owner and staff were helpful and attentive.

No clear instructions to find apartment, cleanliness issues, AC units had unpleasant smell, mold in bathroom, broken mirror, drawer collapsed.

I had a wonderful time at Aquatika Paraiso Tropical. The spacious condo provided ample room for me and my family to relax and enjoy our vacation. The pool area was fantastic and the kids had a blast playing on the playgrounds. The in-unit TV and AC made our stay even more comfortable. The location of the resort was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions.
